  • Use Fynman for literature reviews and research
  • Connect your own AI provider accounts
  • Export and share your analysis results

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the Software
  • Redistribute or resell the Software
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to breach security measures

4. Privacy and Data

  • Your research data stays on your computer
  • We don’t access your documents or analysis
  • You’re responsible for your AI provider relationships

5. AI Provider Integration

  • You must comply with your AI provider’s terms
  • You’re responsible for API costs
  • We’re not liable for AI provider actions
  • API keys are your responsibility

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your research
  • We retain rights to the Fynman software
  • Your analysis results are yours
  • Our trademarks remain ours

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using Fynman anytime
  • We may terminate for violation of terms
  • Your data remains on your computer

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
