Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains your rights regarding cancellation of purchases and refunds for Fynman software and services.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of your transaction.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at [email protected]. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you. We will process your refund without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will not renew for subsequent periods
- You will retain access to the software until the end of your current billing period
- For subscriptions, refunds are available within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or any renewal charge

- Your order number or transaction reference
- Date of purchase

Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes for the funds to appear in your account:

- Other payment methods: 5-10 business days
